Professional court reporters in one of our comfortable boardrooms at our office in Nanaimo, B.C., or have our reporter come to you in the comfort of your own office on Vancouver Island. 

Harbour Bay Reporters' Professional Court Reporters are all members in good standing with the BCSRA.

Remote and/or out-of-town discoveries  is a definite option for parties in different locations. 

Hybrid is also an option - for example, one party at our boardrooms, and another party in another city in another location remote via Zoom

All parties can be in remote locations in the comfort of their own homes or offices, including the court reporter.

Realtime services allow clients to get instant translation services on their laptop while the reporter is writing - live, real time!

SAME DAY transcript is included and available with Realtime services with a regular transcript order.

This service can be used for discoveries or meetings at our boardrooms or remotely at another location. 

Live Realtime or Captioning services are available for multiple settings remotely.

Live Captioning and Realtime (CART) are for the purposes of inclusion and accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Boardrooms are available for rental for mediations or other business meetings.

Mediations can be done via hybrid or all remote as well with Harbour Bay Reporters hosting the Zoom meeting for you with breakout rooms
